Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation by ensuring delicious, beautifully presented food. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food following specific recipes and instructions. Assist in various stages of event food preparation. Manage food quality, from ingredient prep to final presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Proven culinary expertise, including knowledge of international cuisines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in knife handling and kitchen equipment. High professionalism and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks (lifting 20-50 lbs). Work Environment: Fast-paced and noisy. Exposure to various temperatures and conditions. Handling of cleaning agents. Requirements: Valid Food Handler's Card (California Health Department). Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards. At least 1 year of kitchen experience. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
