What You'll Do: Innovate & Design: Transform customer needs into real-world solutions through calculation and 3D modeling (SolidEdge, AutoCAD, etc.). Troubleshoot: Become a hero by assisting production teams and solving design challenges on the fly. Collaborate & Create: Develop and review component and product designs with a team of like-minded experts. Organize & Execute: Maintain assembly Bills of Materials (BOMs), operating procedures, and standards to keep things running smoothly. Lead & Support: Assist internal and external customers from concept to completion, ensuring we meet our targets for time, cost, and performance. What You'll Bring: A degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS) and 0-6 years of experience - whether you're just starting or a seasoned pro, we've got room for you to grow! Proficiency in 2D and 3D design using SolidEdge, AutoCAD, or similar software. A knack for problem-solving with a sharp eye for detail - you're the one who spots things others miss! Team spirit and a drive to smash goals together. Strong organizational and process skills to keep things efficient and on point. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with HVAC, plumbing systems, or sheet metal fabrication (we love hands-on problem solvers!).
