Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Project Manager to assist a Worldwide GamingHospitality company with the streamlining of various AP functions within the department. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor as well as managing deliverables. This role will work closely with the AccountingFinance Executive team and across the company to support process improvement initiatives within Accounts Payable. This 3+ month engagement is an onsite position based in Las Vegas and is an immediate need. The compensation range is $60hr. to $80hr. with flexibility based on previous experience.Responsibilities: Streamline areas of vendor management, end-to-end processing, payments, data integrity, compliance, controls, etc. Participate in and drive process improvement, standardization, and productivity projects within accounts payableEstablish and maintain the project plan (schedule) according to the life cycle of the projectNeeds assistance with updatingcleaning-up vendors in their system, reconciling statements; has multiple vendors that need to be completely audited and cleaned up ensuring information is correct within the systemSubject matter expert in training of AP processes, as well as ensuring all AP processes are documented and maintained by creating an AP PlaybookObtain commitments from relevant stakeholders responsible for performing and supporting plan executionReview work plans, activities, and work products to verify consistency with the requirements and the changes that have been madeRequirements: 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounting with a strong Accounts Payable knowledge; would consider a Director of Finance or Controller with prior gaminghospitality experiencePrevious Financial Project Management experience highly desiredBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; MBA andor CPA is a plusPrevious experience in gaming is requiredAbility to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlinesMaintain the highest level of confidentialityMust be able to work onsite and start immediatelyQualified candidates please click apply or email MS Word resume to for immediate consideration.
