Ability to write B2B digital payments platformJob Description:Expert in technical writing, modeling process flows, data relationship flows and event sequencing.Able to understand the logic of code and to construct complex data queries.Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge.Roles and Responsibilities:Client is seeking an Instructional Writer for client global cash management platform Access to support client's innovative approach to financial services.As a successful candidate, candidate will create content to help users perform critical tasks for their companies and organizations.The firm processes trillions of dollars a day and settles some of the most critical global financial transactions.Candidate will collaborate with the product teams as they develop advanced products features and launch improved client experiences.Write easy-to-read instructions for end users for the complete set of Access products and services.Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone and style.Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, platform owners and other key stakeholders.Provide insights for improving the usability of content.Candidate should have a good understanding of:Instructional content editingwriting.User experience writing.Application of brand book and style book guidelines.AP Stylebook.End-user instructions.B2B financial services content.Candidate's experience should include:Seven or more years of experience as an instructional content creator.A portfolio of instructional content examples that demonstrate clarity of style and voice.Ability to quickly learn banking concepts and understand how products work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience developing content using the WalkMe platform is a plus.Additional Skills:Ability to learn a B2B digital payments platform
