With 8+ years of experience, you understand every aspect of architecture, but your true passion lies in design. You will lead innovative projects from concept to completion, collaborate closely with clients, and integrate seamlessly with project teams. Join us at PROCON, an award-winning firm known for its professionalism, customer service, and high-quality work across various sectors.ResponsibilitiesDrive innovative architectural designs from concept to completion while working with a creative and growing design team. Partner closely with clients to bring their visions to life through practical and stunning designs. Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and planning boards. Ensure all designs meet structural and safety standards while maintaining design integrity. Work alongside project architects, engineering, and construction teams to integrate design elements into the building process seamlessly. Guide and inspire junior staff, fostering a culture of design excellence.Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on design. A diverse portfolio showcasing your design expertise and graphic skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the design process, building systems and construction methods. Proficiency with Revit is required, and experience with render software is preferred. Outstanding verbal and graphic communication skills that make interacting with clients and team members seamless and impactful.
