Job Summary As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Point32Health, you will lead the organization's Talent Acquisition efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, you will be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, defining and executing Point32Health's Talent Acquisition strategy. You will be accountable for recruiting, developing, and retaining a world-class Talent Acquisition team, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with leadership to translate business objectives into talent acquisition imperatives. Key Responsibilities/Duties - what you will be doing Leadership of Talent Acquisition Function: Oversee the entire Talent Acquisition function, including executive recruiting, corporate staffing, high-volume recruiting, employer branding, talent intelligence, and coordination. Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy in partnership with business and People leaders to support the company's growth and objectives. Lead the organization through periods of significant scale, employing innovative tactics to achieve hiring targets. Provide hands-on recruiting support during peak times or as needed, ensuring alignment with team efforts. Team Development and Management: Recruit, retain, and develop a talented Talent Acquisition team capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and humility within the team. Serve as a mentor and coach, inspiring and motivating the team while maintaining a strong connection to day-to-day operations. Strategic Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Point32Health's leadership to translate business objectives into talent acquisition priorities and advise on best practices. Build and maintain collaborative, impactful relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, influencing peers and business leaders while facilitating alignment. Manage relationships with external partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA): Help define and execute Point32Health's DEIA objectives in partnership with business and People leadership. Ensure the Talent Acquisition function supports and enhances the organization's DEIA goals through targeted recruitment strategies and sustainable impact. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize a data-driven yet qualitatively informed approach to communicate Talent Acquisition decisions and performance. Develop appropriate metrics, service-level agreements, and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of the hiring process. Process Ownership and Innovation: Maintain ownership of recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Partner with the People Operations team to refine the Talent Acquisition "tech stack" and processes to enhance recruiter impact, hiring manager engagement, and candidate experience. Remain intellectually curious about trends and innovative recruiting techniques, continuously evolving and shaping efforts to be better every day. Strategic Workforce Planning: Integrate tightly into the annual business planning and strategic workforce planning processes to understand Point32Health's hiring objectives. Proactively build the Talent Acquisition capabilities necessary to achieve those objectives, balancing both strategic and operational demands. Budget and Resource Management: Develop, track, and manage complex budgets related to Talent Acquisition, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet hiring targets. Responsibly manage the Talent Acquisition budget and headcount, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness in recruitment efforts. Support special projects from a Talent Acquisition perspective, including M&A and contract staff-ups as needed. Employer Branding: Partner with internal colleagues to successfully promote and enhance Point32Health's employer brand with external candidates. Serve as a thought leader on employer branding and social media strategy efforts, partnering with the Communications teams to position Point32Health as an employer of choice. Qualifications - what you need to perform the job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a heavy emphasis on full-cycle corporate recruiting and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, executive recruitment, and managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Depth of innovative practices and strong technical foundation in talent acquisition operations, process, and best practices. Experience leading and managing a diverse team; demonstrated success in attracting and developing highly sought-after talent. Strong understanding of DEIA principles and their application in recruitment, with a demonstrated passion for diversity and sustainable impact. Advanced experience managing relationships with external partners, subcontractors, and vendors. Experience in a similar role in a growing company within a global highly matrixed setting preferred. Ability to develop, track, and manage complex budgets related to Talent Acquisition.
