About the Role The SE Quality Network Manager opportunity will be based in the Southeast US area (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, and TN) for ease of travel access to the assigned region. Most of the travel will be within the territory, though occasional travel outside the region may be required to provide the highest level of field support. As the SE Quality Network Manager your primary role will be to support all HomeSafe partners within the Northwest territory. POSITION DESCRIPTION : Assist the Regional Manager (RM) in reporting corrective actions for service failures, communicating with the JPPSO. Service Provider Oversight and Support: Monitor provider performance closely; conduct onsite QA checks to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement. Provide necessary support, including proposing remedial training, temporary suspensions, or warnings when agents fall short. Develop strategic guidance of allocation to Regional Manager based challenges and performance of service providers in region. Be flexible regarding travel requirements, including periodic base visits and other travel obligations as necessary to fulfill job duties effectively. Perform regular inspections of warehouses within assigned region to ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. Perform warehouse pre-award inspections. Monitor Carrier Quality Index (CQI) scores to maintain quality standards and identify areas for enhancement. Capable of reading and disseminating reports to your service providers as well as Regional Manager and colleagues laterally. Able and willing to travel both in car as well as plane at a moment's notice to mitigate issues on behalf of HomeSafe Alliance. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Power BI. Comfortable in high pace environment. Understands how to provide and assess analytics to identify supply chain deficiencies or success. Manage the onboarding training process for new agents, serving as a liaison with MoveHQ/IT to ensure smooth integration and understanding of operational procedures. Qualification and Skill Requirements : Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years directly related experience in a transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production or distribution environment Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements. Demonstrated experience with performance metrics and process improvement. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility for supporting customers in multiple time zones. Position is remote/virtual; however, due to 40% travel requirements, preferred candidate should reside locally within the region to provide the highest level of field support. Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG Experience highly preferred. Note : This position is fully remote / work from home.
