HVAC Inside Sales Account Manager : Responsible for developing long-term client relationships and maximizing account penetration and client retention with contractors. Essential Duties: - Responsible for selling company products, systems and services in assigned territory to assigned accounts - Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the client's organization, including project managers, project engineers, construction, purchasing, and accounts payable. - Consistently ascertains client needs and current market opportunities. Assembles, coordinates and interacts with sales team as needed for client penetration and project acquisition. - Gathers and validates preliminary information through construction plan review or other requirements. - Coordinates with Estimators in the interpretation of specifications and preparation of proposals. - Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services. - Determines proposal price and selling strategy. - Reviews contract terms and conditions. - Presents the proposal and negotiates price, terms, and conditions with client. - Assists clients in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, products, and applications; BAS, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution. - Obtains Trane and vendor estimated ship dates and update appropriate schedules. - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum two years client service experience - Experience with MS Office Suite - Detail oriented, organized, strong math skills - Motivated, self-starter that can work independently - Two years HVAC and/ or construction industry experience a plus We offer: - Excellent pay and benefits - Great and supportive work environment - Professional training and growth - Generous educational assistance program - Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
