What you'll bring Who You Are: Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software. Passionate about helping clients with tax complexities, committed to enhancing our brand, and possess excellent customer service skills. What You Need: Active PTIN and ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds. Dedicated hardwired internet connection and availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How you will lead What You Will Do: Assist customers with tax preparation using Intuit TurboTax products, provide tax advice, manage inquiries, and ensure accurate records of interactions.
