The pay range we are offering is $90,000-$110,000 annually based on your experience, and knowledge.We offer the following benefits:· Health insurance with company sponsored HRA· Pre-tax employee contributions to FSA· Company paid short and long-term Disability insurance· Company paid vision insurance· Company paid life insurance· 12 paid holidays and 6.5 days of PTO· 2 weeks of vacation for new employees after one year of employment· A profit-sharing program· 401K match with no vesting period· Tuition reimbursement programProfessional Requirements:· BS degree in ElectricalElectronics Engineering· At least 3-5 years engineering andor manufacturing experience developing electronic products· Strong working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD), Creo, LabVIEW andor Solidworks a plus· Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices· Impeccable attention to detail and critically minded· Product focused creative thinking· Foster and engage a collaborative work environment· Stay abreast of advancements in technology and engineering design trends· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Good organizational, time management skills and attention to detail· The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy· The ability to collaborate with co-workers, clients, and suppliers· Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint· Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screeningRoles and Responsibilities:· Gather information as required to develop new products and improve existing ones· Develop solutions that meet customer requirements and solve problems· Develop documentation as required to support manufacturing & procurement· Evaluate solutions against industry standards and regulations· Determine appropriate cost-effective solution· Design and plan the layout of electrical schematics and PCB's to customer requirements; perform evaluation testingPrepares schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harness, and assembly drawings to support qualification and production build of the design· Perform simulations and experiments to test and refine designs· Oversee the manufacturing & procurement of physical prototypes for testing· Conduct usability tests and improve the design based on test results· Discuss and lay out project specifications· Prepare and update test & and work instructions· Use process based approach· Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver products in a timely manner· Improve products through innovative design· Assist in supporting QA findings by active participation in root cause analysis & investigations· Provide support to the shop for production discrepancies· Maintenance of existing parts and ECNMethod Master management· Practice effective communication between design and other departments & customers· Ensure products achieve design goals· Effectiveness in bringing products to production with high quality, on time and within budgetTwinco Mfg.
