Position: Business Implementation Manager Company: Airline Software Co. Responsibilities: The Business Implementation Manager is responsible for all new client integration as well as continued support of existing clients. The role involves supporting the development, integration, and operation of API technology and client interfaces. You will manage one or more client engagements. Essential Functions: Oversees client engagements, including conducting on-site research for development of client initiatives. Functions as an experienced operations research resource by offering problem resolutions, documenting findings, and suggesting alternative approaches. Serves as the voice of the clients in support of Airline and Rail Integration projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop system designs and interface specifications. Elaborates and prioritizes product features. Participates in sprint planning and backlog grooming. Defines acceptance criteria and ensures understanding among team members of user stories. Provides weekly status updates on assigned projects, tasks, and other responsibilities. Works closely with the Account Management team to ensure client needs are met. Supports company values and ensures quality control through evaluation, insight, and support of airline and rail integration. Required Skills, Education, and Experience: A bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5 years' experience in Aviation, Rail, or large global Travel companies is preferred. Understanding of Agile methodologies and knowledge of product development processes. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and complete tasks on time while maintaining attention to detail. Superior communication skills, comfortable with various communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and strong active listening skills. Solid business and technical acumen, including experience with API technologies and client interfaces. Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours, and as needed on nights and weekends. This is a U.S. remote position. Supervisory Responsibility: None Travel Requirements: 0% - 25% travel may be required for client kick-offs, status meetings, and handovers. Compensation: Good faith annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
