Our passionate, women-led organization shares a singular goal: to deliver on our promise of simplicity, care, and trust. **Objective:** Security & Delivery Driver Compliance Associates are highly versatile individuals who assist in many areas of the business. While their primary responsibility is ensuring the safety of company personnel and inventory, they will also assist with deliveries, quality control, harvests and packaging. Team members will be expected to work in a variety of settings including outdoors, in delivery vehicles and in sterile labs and greenhouses. Importantly, compliance team members may interact with patients and must be respectful of HIPPA requirements when handling sensitive information. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** Security & Delivery Driver Compliance Associates tasks include, but are not limited to the following list. You may be asked to perform any or all of these tasks on a given day while maintaining compliance with the New York State Regulations, Etain LLC Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. - Secure Etain LLC facilities against both internal and external diversion through the use of provided security equipment and direct observation. - Package lots for shipment, ensuring the accuracy and quality of each batch - Ensuring that all forms of delivery are accounted for. - Prepare transport manifests for delivery to wholesalers, internal transportation, and laboratory samples. - Receive deliveries and ensure all inventory is logged and stored appropriately. - Participate in inventory audits at all Etain LLC Locations - Assist members of other departments with tasks as needed, including tasks related to harvest, processing, packaging, and cleaning. - Uphold company values by being a contentious, versatile, and proactive team member - Driving or riding in a company vehicle to make deliveries **Competencies:** - Ability to drive and ride in a vehicle for up to 12 hours. - Attention to detail required for complex recordkeeping - Ability to use a computer and to learn new programs - Ability to lift 50 lbs. **Work Environment:** This position operates in a variety of settings including vehicles, laboratories, dispensaries with patients, greenhouses, and outdoors. This position operates within a manufacturing environment and requires daily use of personal protective equipment such as respirators, hair nets, gloves, and goggles.
