OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Engineer to join our CRM Marketing team! In this role, you will be creating and maintaining QA processes for our internal customer data platform. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with both internal and external services, enhancing the quality and reliability of our data systems. The ideal candidate will possess a developer's mindset with strong coding skills, a passion for problem-solving, and an ability to manage complex data workflows.Responsibilities and Experience:Design, implement, and manage QA processes to validate the integrity and accuracy of our customer data platform and enhance the user experienceEnsure smooth data integration between our internal data platform and external services. This includes managing data pipelines, transforming data as needed, and ensuring compatibility with various data sources.Highly experienced with cloud database, computation proficiency and API integrationUtilize Git for source code management ensuring version control, efficient collaboration and integration of code changes across the teamUtilize your expertise in Python and SQL to handle data integration, manage data workflows, and enhance the quality and efficiency of our data systems.Operate in following platforms daily: Amazon Web Services (Redshift, S3, Lambda), Google Cloud Platform (Big Query)process data from Google Analytics 4, Email ESP and CRM toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the internal customer data platform Implement improvements based on evolving business needs and technological advancementsIdentify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies by troubleshooting and debugging. Implement solutions to prevent recurrence and improve overall system stability.Create comprehensive documentation for QA processes, data integration workflows, and system modifications. Provide regular updates and reports on system performance and data quality.Work closely with developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure that data solutions align with business objectives.Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to data management practices and tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.3-5 years of experience in data engineering, CRM systems, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on QA processes and data integration.Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data manipulation and integration.Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud PlatformsExperience with CRM platforms and data management tools.TableauAmazon Web Services and Google Cloud PlatformsSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
