Job Description Product Design and Maintenance: o"ƒDevelop and maintain standard engineering, fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings for tanks, PLCs, controls, pumps, blowers, and other components. o"ƒEnsure all drawings adhere to industry standards and company specifications. o"ƒCreate and maintain electrical schematics and component specifications o"ƒDevelops and maintains SOPs for all equipment. "ƒComponent Selection: o"ƒEvaluate and select appropriate pumps, blowers, sensors, and other components based on performance requirements, cost, life-cycle cost and reliability. o"ƒWork with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality components and materials. "ƒOperational and Maintenance Documentation: o"ƒDevelop comprehensive O&M manuals for both operational processes and mechanical components. o"ƒEnsure all documentation is clear, accurate, and tailored to the needs of installers, operators, and maintenance personnel. "ƒTraining and Support: o"ƒProvide training and technical support to assembly and fabrication companies, installers and field technicians on product fabrication, assembly, installation, operation, and maintenance. o"ƒConduct regular workshops and hands-on training sessions to improve technical competencies across the team. o"ƒReview and qualifies current and new assemblers and installers. "ƒQuality Control and Continuous Improvement: o"ƒOversee quality control processes to ensure that all products meet required standards and specifications. o"ƒImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction. "ƒCross-functional Collaboration: o"ƒCollaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to develop new product features and enhancements. o"ƒParticipate in the evaluation and testing of new technologies and materials to drive product innovation. "ƒProject Management: o"ƒManage product engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. o"ƒPrepare project reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate progress to stakeholders. "ƒBusiness Development: o"ƒSupports Business Development group by developing standard and special project cost models. o"ƒDevelops technical, commissioning and O&M offering approach for proposals being offered by Business Development group.
