Job Description: We are seeking a Product Line Marketing Manager with a strong background in Controller Area Network (CAN) and Local Interconnect Network (LIN) technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our CAN/LIN product line, catering to both industrial and automotive markets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, product definition experience, and negotiation skills to effectively manage and grow the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: 1.Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the CAN/LIN product line. 2.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and enhancements. 3.Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications that meet customer needs and market demands. 4.Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. 5.Engage with key customers and sales teams to promote the product line, gather feedback, and identify custom requirements. 6.Monitor and manage product lifecycle, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory levels. 7.Provide training and support to sales and applications teams to enable effective selling of the product line. 8.Analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies and drive product line growth. 9.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, applications, architecture, and sales, to ensure product success and customer satisfaction. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus. *Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, specifically with CAN/LIN products. *Strong technical knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols and applications in industrial and automotive markets. *Proven experience in product definition and launching successful products. *Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful customer management. *Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. *Exceptional communication and presentation skills. *Ability to travel as needed to support product line objectives.
