Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist role: Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue accounts and create payment plans Open new customer accounts Process and enter payments, apply cash payments Create reports and track activities Research the customers' accounts and follow up Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivables Specialist role: Prior experience in Collections, or related field like Accounts Receivables Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Resilience in customer interactions Salary: $18+ depending on experience!
