We have immediate openings in group home, hospital, and rehabilitation settings throughout the Phoenix area. As a BHT, you will provide therapeutic care to adults facing challenges with substance abuse, addiction, and mental illness, helping them resolve behavioral issues and gain greater independence within the community. Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to patients in a therapeutic setting Assist individuals in developing coping strategies and life skills Monitor and document patient progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients Assist with daily activities and community integration Why Join Us?
