Note: The salary range is 60,000 to $80,000 base with potential commission up to $160,000 annually Position: Account Manager Overview: Since 1977, Echelon has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. Due to current, as well as projected future growth, Echelon is currently seeking a competitive, self-motivated Outside Sales Account Manager, who will thrive in a performance driven b2b outside sales environment. Responsibilities: Contacting established, inactive, and prospective accounts on a scheduled basis to solicit purchase orders for company products Selling into major markets Developing and maintaining positive relationships with established and prospective accounts Achieving individual and departmental financial goals established by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Qualifications: Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of outside sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required Highly organized, with the ability to work independently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Benefits: Base salary + commission pay structure Weekly payroll Car & cell phone stipend Benefits offered: Health, vision, dental, 401k, and more!
