Location Phoenix, AZ No Remote **Commercial Plumbing Superintendent** This is a permanent, full-time job offering an excellent salary and benefits package. **Responsibilities:** * Manage labor and material cost for assigned projects oversees fabrication shop, and trade CAD detailers * Identify and manage the scope, schedule, and cost of all field projects. * Manage and maintain staffing for all field, fab shop, and CAD detailing needs to meet the current and future workload. * Set up labor feedbacks/labor codes for each project before the start of the project * Review and manage job cost status on each project on a minimum of a monthly basis, labor, and material * Identify, manage and mitigate any problem areas in the field and fab shop related to safety, production, and efficiency. * Oversee multiple foremen, installers, and subcontractors when needed on one or multiple medium and large commercial construction projects ensuring local, state, and federal building, safety, and QC requirements. * Communicate with Project Managers, other Subcontractors, General Contractors, Vendors/Suppliers, Safety & QC Managers * Forecast, plan, project, and track manpower and materials requirements. * Ensure project timelines * Assist in establishing baseline labor hours for development chart of accounts for the project * Work closely with the BIM/Detailing Department. **Requirements:** * 10+ years of hands-on commercial installation experience for a medium to large commercial plumbing construction company. * 3+ years of working experience as a Plumbing Superintendent * Prior hands-on field plumbing installation experience in the commercial mechanical industry * Local and stable work-history * Thorough knowledge of mechanical codes and installation techniques
