Customer Relations - State Farm Agent Team Membe r wanted for local Chicago State Farm Agency. You will help grow our agency through meaningful insurance client improve the lives of our insurance customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services which will improve our clients, their family, businesses properties and assets. RESPONSIBILITIES Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Network to develop new prospective insurance customers in a variety of ways to market/sell all insurance products Review existing customers' accounts to address gaps and cross sell additional products to customers based on their needs QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills Easily able to build rapport Strong Influence & Negotiation skills - able persuade/convince customers to buy products or services based on needs! Customer focused - Highly Proficient: Responding to customer situations with sensitivity Strong work ethics Attention to detail - Ability to complete tasks on accurately Coachable - Positive attitude Energetic - Enthusiastic Team player Insurance Producers Licenses required Current active or recent insurance agency experience preferred Bilingual Spanish preferred Note: Candidates must possess required Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses - If not, the ability to acquire insurance licenses prior to office training is required - Thank you! This in-office position is with a State Farm independent contractor State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center). Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
