Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Program Coordinator to manage the scheduling, administrative tasks, and communication for all L&D programs. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of training initiatives, student support, vendor relations, and project logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all L&D programs Manage student communications, including signups and registration for all L&D courses Oversee pre-class requirements and ensure smooth registration processes Assist with resourcing for the project team, including managing vendor placement logistics Act as the communications liaison for L&D projects, serving as the project scribe Ensure all Cavco comptroller requirements are met for vendor onboarding Assist with vendor invoicing and manage ongoing vendor relationships Track internal vendor-related costs and provide monthly budget reporting for L&D Assist the LMS Admin with eLearning reporting and tracking of non-LMS components Serve as a backup LMS Administrator, providing additional support as needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), project management, or training coordination roles. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting. Familiarity with training programs like safety, compliance, and leadership development. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple training schedules and administrative tasks. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling student support and vendor relations. Project management experience, with the ability to support and track multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using LMS platforms for reporting and administration. Knowledge of budget tracking and financial processes, including vendor invoicing. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint or Teams. Experience in vendor management. Familiarity with compliance and safety training requirements. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors. Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling student inquiries and registration processes.
