Role Description This is a full-time role as a Recruiter in Chicago | Transition Consultant for Financial Advisors. The role involves recruiting, and transition consulting for investment securities professionals. The day-to-day tasks include cold calling to source and screening candidates, providing support throughout the placement process, and utilizing specific presentation and negotiation skills. This is an on-site role located in Chicago, IL. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in consulting and project management Knowledge of financial services firms and some insight of investment securities Ability to provide training and support to clients, candidates, and team members Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include: Experience in the wealth management industry Strong networking and relationship-building skills Bachelor's degree in a related field
