To further explore our brand, please visit .Job Description: Laural Home is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead our design team in creating design and production files for all products, in addition to marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all customer touchpoints. You will begin by selecting artwork from our diverse group of talented global artists and studios, ensuring that each design reflects the quality and creativity Laural Home is known for. This role will manage all aspects of the production process, including collaborating with our international vendors for sampling, color approvals, and order coordination. Responsibilities:Lead the creation of production-ready files from licensed artwork, using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dropbox, WeTransfer, Sharefile, etc.Create and manage compelling marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, our website, and advertisements, in collaboration with the marketing team.Design presentations for existing and prospective retail clients.Create original packaging inserts and other design elements as needed.Manage our online business with major retailers, including uploading products, writing product descriptions, verifying details, and ensuring successful launches across platforms such as Wayfair, Amazon, Overstock, Macy's, and JCPenney, in collaboration with our Ecommerce team.Maintain our Shopify platform and external retail websites by creating site mock-ups, sale banners, and trend boards, ensuring an engaging customer experience.Oversee the organization of artists' work, including maintaining licensing records and freelance municate effectively with overseas factories, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the production process.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.2+ years of experience in design and marketing, preferably within the home textiles or fashion industry.E-commerce experience, including managing online setups and retailer portals.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.A keen interest in home textiles andor fashion, with an eye for trends and innovation.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.Working environment: Our Cresskill, NJ office is a casual, collaborative, and creative environment. We're in-office from 8:30 to 5 every Monday through Friday, as we believe the best ideas are not only generated, but also best implemented in person. Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience, meeting the role requirements, and being able to commute to the Cresskill, NJ office.
