OUR MISSION: Stay Green Inc. is committed to being the leader in providing professional landscape services resulting in thethe highest level of client satisfaction.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to become a part of our landscaping company. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and professional attitude, exceptional communication skills, and strong organizational capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient operations within our team.EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: The Receptionist must have at least 1-2 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a customer service-focused environment. Experience in landscaping or related industries is highly desirable. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must have intermediate computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:The duties listed below are examples of the work typically performed by an employee in this position:A. Performs job functions timely and efficiently.Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages as necessary.Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Fleet Management: Oversee record-keeping for our vehicle fleet, including registrations, insurance, maintenance, and fuel card administration.Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry and other related tasks as required.Billing Support: Assist with the billing process by entering time and materials (T&M) information into our system.Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.B. Demonstrates behaviors that are consistent with the Code of Conduct and aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and shared values.Reports promptly any suspected or potential violations of laws, regulations, procedures, policies, and practices, and cooperates in investigations.Conducts all transactions in compliance with all company policies, procedures, standards, and practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.C.
