They are seeking a Senior Equipment Technician for their site in Thousand Oaks, CA!Pay Rate: $25hr- $40hrResponsibilities:Responsible for the development and finalization of quality systems and safety documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Change Control Management Systems, Non-Conformance reports, Work Orders, Job Plans, Hazard Risk Assessments, and Job Hazard AssessmentsOverseeing various aspects of building, utility, and production systems and equipment, Ensures all tasks are executed safely and efficiently, according to schedules, minimizing workflow of productionProvide training across employees within manufacturing and maintenanceDevelops and reviews and approvals of and maintenance reports, forms, plans and records.Reviews equipment, maintenance and proceduresReviewing loops sheets, electrical schematics, P&ID's, IO wiring and panel drawings.Requirements:Associate Degree and 4 years of experience, ORHigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of industry experienceExperience with packaging configurations, and interpreting batch records throughout manufacturing processes in a GMP settingExperience in filling and finishing manufacturing processes, with vial inspections from the biotech industryProficient knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and protocols per internal guidelines are met.Ability to perform measurements, calculations, metric system.
