Educate patients and their families on labor procedures, delivery options, and postpartum care. Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth, safe delivery experience. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, documenting all stages of labor and delivery. Respond swiftly to emergencies or complications, adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines. Ensure a clean, safe environment by following infection control practices and hospital regulations. Registered Nurse Qualifications: Current RN license in New Mexico (required). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications (required). Proven clinical skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure (preferred).
