Regional Sales Manager - Chicago CS Group is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to support our National Distribution partners at PepsiCo within the Midwest territory. CS Group is the only beverage manufacturer that does business like we do, and we do it well. The RSM is responsible for the development, execution, and success of all brands within the CS Group portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the Regional Sales Manager over our Central Region, covering the center of the US with major emphasis on metro areas Chicago, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, and other major metro areas in the Midwest. Travel across the region making customer pitches (mostly at Restaurants, Bars, Casinos), conduct training programs with Distributor sales teams, and lead all market initiatives across your region. Manage Distribution Partners in an influential manner, ensuring Citrus Springs is consistently top of mind amongst the other brands within their portfolio. Get to know distributors' business and drive positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Oversee & influence Pepsi's demand planning to ensure product availability. Make day & evening calls to existing and prospective bars, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos etc. to win new distribution & grow gallons. Current emphasis is Margarita at Mexican Restaurants. Work assigned territory both independently & with Pepsi/Food Service account representatives. Establish and maximize sales & brand presence in all selling opportunities. Investigate & collaborate internally & externally to resolve customer problems. Establish & maintain rapport with restaurant owners, managers, & bar staff Complete digital CRM entries after each sales call Look at the territory with entrepreneurial eyes and seek out new opportunities to increase sales. Job Requirements: Must live in Midwest Region - residents of Chicago and surrounding areas required Minimum 3-year Outside Sales Experience within the Beverage or Food Service industries preferred Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) CRM experience preferred Positive Mindset Let's get to the good stuff.
