Job Title

Job purpose Responsible for providing field support and technical assistance for DNP Printing Systems (hardware and software) for National accounts. Duties and responsibilities Develop technical expertise on DNP's retail and photo capture systems. Ensure optimum operational performance of DNP Printing Systems installed at customer sites. Deliver technical service and expertise to customers including installation, relocation of hardware, and software support for new product rollouts and existing installations. Test and troubleshoot field issues, handle escalation support as needed, and maintain a professional relationship with DNP customer base in the defined territory. This is an off-site role covering the Central Region. Traveling outside of the territory as needed for product rollouts, field enhancements and continued support. Up to 50% travel at times. Travel with sales members for product demonstrations Install and monitor equipment and systems in the field. Perform software installations and updates as needed. Support on-site customer testing. Work with Technical Support, Product Development and QA teams as needed for continued technical support. Maintain a strong ethical philosophy regarding customer satisfaction. Drive understanding of customer and end-user needs into the Product Management organization. Use customer insight to help drive decisions and champion issues as needed. Take an active and positive role in software and process improvements Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent (technical field preferred) Previous experience in the Graphics/Photo/Digital Printing/Digital Photography Industry preferred. Ability to travel up to 50%. Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices in a Windows environment. Demonstrated remote technical support experience. Ability to complete multiple tasks as needed to respond quickly to business needs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer relationship skills. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Travel: Yes, this role will have to travel 25%-50% of the time. This is contingent on business needs/project demands.
