Job Details Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager Location: Fremont, CA Pay Range: $110,000 - $115,000 Responsibilities Manage websites, social media, SEO, online ads, and influencer programs. Analyze market data, competitor intelligence, consumer research, and customer/retailer data to generate insights. Lead online sales efforts to achieve sales and profit goals on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Google Ads. Oversee team activities and ensure clear responsibilities and accountability. Lead monthly demand forecasting, S&OP process, and manage the marketing budget. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving profit quotas. Strong working knowledge of website management, social media, SEO, Google Analytics, Shopify, Drip, and other sales-driven tools. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP, and CRM systems. Excellent business presentation, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and resource planning skills.
