Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and run ABA programs Provide field supervision to behavior technicians Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians Complete progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources Required Education & Experience Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program BCBA Certification 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV What We Offer •Work Environment: In Home, School and Clinic Patient Care - Must be available for client visits in the Covina/Whittier area •Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 evenings per week (until 8:30pm) •Telehealth: Yes - Minimal - Less than 20% •Competitive Compensation: Starting at $80,000 •Monthly & quarterly productivity bonuses (totaling up to $1,000 per month) •Benefits: Health, Life & Disability Insurance, 401(k) and matching, mobile phone reimbursement, PTO, HSA •Free CEUs, tuition reimbursement
