This role has some remote flexibility but will be needed onsite in Lower Manhattan 2-3 times a week.This position is a direct hire and is on a salary basis.Must-haves-1+ years of experience as a full stack developer-Strong experience with C# and .NET Core framework-Solid front end development experience with Vue, Angular, or React-Passion for continued learning in technology-Strong written and oral communication Plusses-Understanding of legacy code-Strong SQL experience - ability to read and understand the schemasquery databasesDay-to-DayInsight Global's financial services client is looking for a .NET Software Engineer to join their development team. This person will be expected to have experience with supporting and implementing DTCC ACATs. This candidate will be parsing documentation regarding data flow, file formats and API Schema. This candidate will also create Console job (.Net Core) bridging Sybase RDBMs and external DTCC Rest API. This person must be interested in all aspects of coding, proactive in taking ownership and resolving issues, self-motivated, and have good oralwritten communication to work with both business and technology teams.
