Description: We have a job opening with a leading organization for kidney health and research! This company provides top tier physician care to patients facing kidney disease, supporting treatment plans for best quality of life. This position is with the largest nephrology physician practice in the US, housing over 170 physicians and nurse practitioners. Their demand is increasing and they are growing. Because of that, they are looking for a Triage Nurse to support their Fort Wayne clinical team. We are looking for a Registered Nurse that has practiced in specialty physicians groups and wants to apply that expertise to support the nephrology patients and physicians.
