The company is a high voltage power solutions manufacturer, working on products in medical devices, semiconductor, scientific analytics and industrial systems spaces. In addition to North America's site, this company is based in Europe and Asia as well operating on a global scale.Responsibilities:Provide daily leadership and coaching to the Embedded SystemsDigital engineering team.Plan projects related to firmware and software development, and oversee design for advanced high voltage power supplies.Utilize various programming languages and tools such as C, Verilog, VHDL, Assembly, C#, VB6, Java, WPF, and RTOS-based firmware development.Ensure the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including circuit diagrams, manuals, reports, and release documents.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred) with 15+ years of hands-on experienceExperience with high voltage X-ray power conversion technology is highly desirable.Extensive knowledge of power electronics, power conversion, analog circuit design, and magnetic design principles for both low and high voltage applications.7+ years of experience leading an engineering team in a global company, ideally with direct exposure to a manufacturing pensation expectation: $200,000 - $225,000.
