Please check out our properties and events online at: The Position Maintenance Supervisor - Looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable Supervisor to manage a team of six in a large luxury apartment community. The right candidate should have a working knowledge of computers, as well as electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks and HVAC. We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages - paid vacation and sick time 16-25 PAID holidays per year! A apartment is available as part of compensation package.
