We are Hiring! Maintenance Technician in Hillsdale, MI Pay is based on experience. Maintenance Assistant Comply with all Safety requirements, assist with PM's, pull electrical wiring, assemble new parts and equipment, support maintenance personnel with projects and other "do maintenance" tasks, perform general maintenance on equipment, work with Project Engineers as required, organize and inventory spare parts as required, attend daily shift meetings, complete all regulatory and OTJ training, participate in all 5S initiatives, support basic building infrastructure needs, painting or offices, desk assembly, cleaning equipment, and assisting with building upgrade projects. Quals-- Must have solid work history. Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.. Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, kneeling. May require climbing stairs, ladders, carrying items, overhead work and other. Must be able to take direction, follow instructions, work well with others and work independently. PFT test, Vision test and Autogram will be required. Background and Drug Testing are required. Fork Lift exp. preferred. On-Board was founded in 1976 by Robert L.
