General cleaning, painting, landscape, minor repair work, and assorted general maintenance jobs for a property management company. Employer is willing to train the right candidate Work is 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday with 7 paid holidays. Applicant must be able to work listed hours This is a physical labor job, applicant must be able to bend, reach, and lift 50 pounds. Valid drivers license and cell phone required. MUST have own reliable transportation, to get back and forth to work. Must also have a personal cell phone so you are reachable throughout the day if you need to go from one rental to another or in case of emergency. This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more A good first job for someone who is just entering the workforce with limited experience and education Pay rate will vary depending upon skills and qualifications.
