Signature Dental Partners (SDP) is an established and respected private-equity backed dental support organization (DSO) providing affiliated dentists in the Southwest, Mountain and Pacific Northwest regions with proven non-clinical business support functions. This non-clinical support allows dentists to spend more time and attention on patient care rather than burdensome administrative functions. Affiliated dentists benefit from professionally managed non-clinical support services such as human resources, payor relations, group purchasing, vendor management, capital investments, staff management, recruiting, finance, marketing, and information systems. Job Summary Signature Dental Partners is searching for a payroll specialist interested in a dynamic position with a fast growing, private equity organization. Reporting to the Controller, this position will join our very capable payroll/HR team. General Responsibilities Assisting with payroll processing for 800 employees (and growing) for multiple entities operating in multiple states Performing timecard review, completing payroll changes, following company employment practices, labor regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Respond to various employee and departmental payroll questions Support HR functions during non-payroll workdays Job Qualifications Education - associate's degree in accounting or business preferred, or equivalent in experience Experience - 2-3 years of related accounting experience, including with payroll and HR Experience with ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) or similar payroll application Experience in a multi-entity, multi-location, healthcare business, with a complex chart of accounts Advanced skills - MS Office / Excel, complex accounting software, electronic records Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and accurate; demonstrates a collaborative attitude; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; shares expertise with other Strong customer service skills
