Overview We are currently looking for an Axiom Project Manager to join our growing team, with a background in Liquidity and 2052a. Who are we? For more information visit Responsibilities About the role While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: Experience with Regulatory Reporting implementation within Axiom for FR 2052a, FR 2900/2644, and FR Y-15 Provide Gap analysis. Chase on issues, mitigate risks, highlight strategies to drive a project to green. Action items follow ups with resources and stakeholders. Senior Stakeholder Management and Alignment on execution oriented. Able to push Regulatory reporting submission using Axiom and communicate with all stakeholders, resources, and consultants. Able to communicate with Onshore and Offshore resources. Lead team meetings to drive to green with 35-40 resources where 8-9 resources are FTE and 6-7 resources are offshore. Who are we looking for? Qualifications & Experience Strong educational background - Degree (Masters would be an advantage) Experience with data warehousing and good product knowledge Previous experience in banking (loans, deposits), and traded products too (OTC derivatives, money markets) Experience with Regulatory Reporting implementation within Axiom for FR 2052a, FR 2900/2644, and FR Y-15 Understanding of Allocation Rules based on transactional data of financial products including securities, loans, deposits, swaps, derivatives, etc. Snowflake experience plus Understanding of data extracts from snowflake to perform reconciliation. Good management skills to lead a project end to end Professional Skills Communication - advanced interpersonal & communication skills. Able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, either over the phone or via email Team Player - able to work well within dynamic and goal-focused teams Process Driven - able to become quickly proficient in new processes and systems Detail-focused - very strong attention to detail Multi-tasking - highly organized and able to balance various responsibilities simultaneously Professionally Skeptical - able to identify and flag anomalies for review Decision-making - ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
