Job Description This role requires creative participation, sharp research abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and great organizational skills. We are seeking an eager and proactive intern to contribute to its efforts to supplement content with data, assist in surfacing timely industry news and announcements, and suggest topics for the weekly newsletter. This role works directly with our Content Lead and Senior Art Director. Responsibilities: Assist with managing weekly newsletter, blog posts, various site downloads, and written copy as needed Support the Content Lead in developing new blog and site content Craft copy for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram posts with relevant tags Assist with social planning and posting Conduct thorough research and present findings effectively. Stay informed about industry trends and understand the competitive tech/financial services marketplace Support the Content Lead in writing and organizing internal communications Assist the Content Lead in the archival and organization of historical content, including white papers, case studies, and tip sheets Qualifications: Must be eligible to receive college credit Current enrollment in a relevant degree program, preferably in marketing, communications, creative writing, or related fields Great writing skills Works well in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and their respective best practices Passion for creative thinking and collaboration Good communication and time management skills Passion for and basic knowledge of the technology and/or financial services industry Strong communication skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Hubspot, Google Analytics) is a plus.
