Job Title

This position is responsible for the daily processing and oversight for all investment accounts including retail, institutional, mutual funds, and wealth management. This position is highly focused on maintaining accurate internal records for all accounts under management including, but not limited to, new accounts, account trading restrictions, processing trade and cash transaction activity, and reconciling account holdings. All cash and position discrepancies will be resolved and communicated in a time efficient manner.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain investment accounts within the portfolio accounting and trading systems through opening and terminating accounts, maintaining restrictions, and securing appropriate documentation.Ensure that all trading and cash transaction activity is properly reflected in the portfolio accounting and trading systems. Analyze and resolve all cash andor trade discrepancies in a time efficient manner while clearly detailing the action taken to resolve any discrepancies.Ensure that all appropriate documentation is secured and maintained within the document retention system for record retention.Address any inquiries from both internal and external parties regarding account setup, trades, deposits, withdrawals, and terminations.Assist in specialized reporting requirements to meet established deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in economics or finance is preferred.3+ years' experience in an applicable role required.Knowledge of various asset classes (i.e., equity, fixed income, options)Highly motivated and detailed individual with an ability to develop innovative solutions to problems.
