Job Title

I am recruiting for a Hybrid Remote role as VP of Product for an Automotive SaaS software company.Candidates must live local to the South Los Angeles County area.Please - No relocation candidates.Please - No fully remote candidates.Must be able to be in the office at least 2 days per week.As the Vice President of Product, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with our business goals. As part of this role, you will have to be able to create and communicate an abstracted model of this industry, and be able to see innovations that exist in other industries and apply those abstracted models to establish differentiation of the company's roadmap versus our key competitors. We are looking for a strategic leader with demonstrated expertise in product strategy, product management, process improvement, software engineering, strong understanding of the automotive industry, and passion for providing mentoring and leadership to their teams and to establish our product design process and philosophy and to carry that forward to continue to build competitive differentiation of our offerings in the market.Key Responsibilities:Product StrategyProduct Development and ExecutiveTeam Leadership ( 12-13 on team)Performance Measurement and OptimizationStakeholder ManagementPosition requires at least 2 days a week in the office.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in managing SAAS Product organizations within the automotive or technology sector.Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its key players.Extensive travel will be needed to stay in touch with the customers and OEMs (25-50%)If you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for identifying, developing and delivering Products to wow Customers in the automotive technology space, we invite you to join our team and be a key driver of our continued success.
