Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits AssociateOur client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group. This position is located in the firm's New York office.The salary range for this position is between $225,000 - $415,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.Overview:The firm's Executive Compensation and Benefits Group advises public and private companies, private equity and funds clients, executives and lenders and creditors on a full range of matters relating to compensation and benefit plans and arrangements, including issues arising in the areas of the mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate governance and securities and tax compliance. Candidate must be available to work in person. Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters in connection with corporate transactions and financial restructurings and the securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure. The ideal candidate must be: future-focused, dedicated to excellence, diversity-minded, collaborative, and service-oriented. Candidates must have stellar academic credentials and hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Candidates must be legally admitted to practice law and in good standing in their designated jurisdiction.Prior law firm experience is preferred.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
