A highly regarded, 120+ attorney and still growing NYC law firm seeks a Labor & Employment attorney.The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in litigation of management-side employment matters. We are looking for someone with outstanding writing skills, complimented by strong analytic abilities and a strategic approach to litigation. Litigation experience should include defense of federal, state, and local statutory employment law claims, restrictive covenant litigation, and wage and hour matters. Experience with counseling employers concerning compliance with employment, wage and hour, and traditional labor law (including NLRB matters and benefit fund litigation) will also be considered and will also be a plus.
