The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in prototype retail and tenant improvements with the ability to accel in processing hi-volume repetitive projects. While licensure is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role. This position offers significant growth potential within our firm.Key Responsibilities:·      Manage hi-volume repetitive projects and site adapts.·      Oversee setup or modify client template set for hi-volume work.·      Oversee processes to achieve hi-volume work goals.·      Well organized to track many projects schedules.·      Coordinate with client team on daily basis.·      Train key staff on client teams coordination and communication.·      Ability to do tenant surveys and train staff in efficient survey processes.·      Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.·      Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.·      Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents.·      Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.·      Work with management to develop, hire support staff to produce hi-volume work.·      Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.·      Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal writing.Qualifications:·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.·      Over 5 years of experience in prototype retail and tenant improvements.·      Licensure preferred but not required.·      Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).·      Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·      Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.·      Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What We Offer:·      Competitive salary and benefits package.·      Opportunities for professional development and career growth.·      A collaborative and supportive work environment.·      Flexible work arrangements (remote and on-site options).·      Involvement in a diverse range of projects across North America.
