Our team has invested in over 20 countries across Geo-Assets, selectively deploying capital into opportunities across geographies and asset types that we believe have attractive riskreward profiles with upside potential and strong downside protection.Job Description & Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking to fill a Data Integrity Analyst role in Balbec's New York, NY office on our Engineering Team.Responsibilities include:Gather and input data into our database and verify accuracy of collections related to global assetsWork with fund accounting team and analytics to prepare and validate NAV and P&L reportsVerify and sign off on trade related expensesIdentify process improvements in core projectstasks to enhance process of data being incorporated into our proprietary systemReview cash data for errors or redundancies and coordinate with counterparties (Analytics Team Sellers Repo Provider) to true up differencesOversight reporting for banksAdditional miscellaneous data cleansing and analytics projectsQualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in a business administration, accounting, or other related field of study1-3 years of full-time experience requiredStrong quantitative, analytical skills with proficiency in calculating, manipulating, and formatting data in Microsoft ExcelHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with SQL a plusUnderstanding of Mortgage and Finance concepts a plusStrong teamwork, communication, and time management abilities as well as the ability to work independentlyDetail oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage many projectsDemonstrates a high degree of self-motivation, but strong ability to work well in a team-oriented environmentEqual Employment OpportunityBalbec Capital LP is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all employees, including qualified employment applicants.
