Grace Health is looking for an Applications Analyst to join our team! Starting pay is $51.500 per year. This position gathers, analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, tests, implements, evaluates, and maintains information technologies to support clinical practice and business operations. Maximizes utilization of all information systems used in the assigned departments and assists users in creating efficient and effective processes by using data and technology to streamline workflow functions and desired outcomes. Benefits Medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance 401K match 8 paid holidays Employee wellness program focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellness Job Description 1)Independently creates and evaluates processes for the most efficient use of information systems and organization resources. 2)Monitors and maintains user access for information systems. 3)Independently plans, designs, tests, implements, supports, and analyzes programs and software. 4)Manages and participates in projects and initiatives related to information systems. 5)Functions as point of contact for information systems training needs. Professional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1)Possesses advanced work-related skills beyond completion of high school, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, mathematical, technical or health care related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of an associate degree or licensed skilled trade program in information technology, para-profession, or practical business knowledge. 2)Familiarity with ambulatory dental and clinical workflows for specialties supported at Grace Health (i.e., documentation, charging, scheduling). 3)Familiarity with business workflows for retail services offered at Grace Health. 4)Must know all aspects of the trade as it is performed in the organization, sufficient to effectively train or instruct others, and to serve as a resource to employees. 5) Pharmacy experience preferred Licenses & Certifications 1)NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) certification for NextGen Enterprise EHR. Certification required within 2 years of hire. 2)NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) certification for at least two of the following: NextGen Enterprise PM, NextGen PXP Portal, NextGen EDR, NextGen Document Management, and/or NextGen Virtual Visits. Certification required within 2 years of hire.
