Key Responsibilities Investigate Accidents : Assist in conducting thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability for motor vehicle accidents, engaging with customers, claimants, and witnesses. Management of claim financials. Effective Communication : Collaborate with various stakeholders, including policyholders, agents, underwriters, and claims management, to provide timely updates and resolutions. Continuous Improvement : Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement of process and way of working Fundamental Understanding of Claims-Related Medical Consequences Comprehension and Recognition of Medical Claims Processing : Gain knowledge of medical billing, coding, and procedures to accurately evaluate and process injury-related claims.
