Job Summary The Programmer/Developer plays a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems. Under the direction of the Director of Analytics, the Programmer/Developer will create simple to complex applications that serve employees throughout EAW. Seasonal Position ending 4/30/2025. Essential Functions Build SOAP-based and REST-full web services utilizing Web API. Work with source control frameworks such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) / GitHub. Conduct and participate in meetings using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Test and debug applications using standardized methods such as unit testing, integration testing, alpha/beta testing, etc. Create, configure, test, and support applications using C#, SQL, , PowerShell, HTML, JavaScript, and web development frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery). Design database schemas in Microsoft SQL. Use standardized code libraries to design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable code. Create and update programming documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) in accordance with defined industry and organization standards. Participate in application planning/requirements and design meetings with stakeholders. Provide technical support and training to end users. Follow industry and organizational standards for data governance when designing and developing all applications (International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Payment Card Industry (PCI). Create and maintain Microsoft Power Apps. Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent IT experience). Ability to program in C# & . Exceptional knowledge of SQL and useful database functions (views, stored procedures, SSIS, SSMS). Working experience of the software development cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Active Directory. Knowledge of SFTP usage and configuration. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Work Requirements/Expectations Must be open to occasional travel as required for business needs. Capable of working at a computer workstation for extended durations. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and time management skills.
