Their key practice areas include international arbitration, insurance defense, re-insurance, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. They are looking for a 3rd or 4th year Litigation Associate, with some experience working on bankruptcy matters.Requirements: 3 to 4 years of litigation experience at a law firm.Strong experience in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial.Some experience working on bankruptcy matters is a big plus.JD and good grades from a top law school.Admitted to practice in New York (active member in good standing).Must be able to work independently and have excellent research, writing, and analytical pensationBenefits: The approximate annual base salary for this position is $205,000 to $225,000 depending upon the qualifications of the individual, and levelyears of relevant experience.
