Here are the details:This is an AmLaw firm that operates more like a midsize firm in terms of hours and culture.You will representing debtors, creditors, official committees, distressed investors and asset purchasers in bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings.Finance Clientele: The firm represents a diverse array of clients across industries such as arts, sports, hospitality, gaming, media and communications, consumer products, real estate, and social media.Professional Development: This role offers substantial hands-on experience, including opportunities for direct client interaction and autonomy in decision-making.Proven Track Record: We have successfully placed attorneys at this firm, with some advancing to partnership and others transitioning to coveted in-house roles.Work-Life Balance: Attorneys at this firm are expected to annualize 1800 hours, allowing for a manageable workload and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth.
